HEAVY COATED LOW HYDROGEN IRON POWDER TYPE ELECTRODE  depositing weld metal containing 0.50%Mo. The electrode is ideal for welding Mo containing low alloy steels for service temperature upto 525C. Weld metal recovery is approx 115% of the core wire. The moisture resistant coating gives very low weld metal hydrogen levels.

Recommended for fabrication of vessels and associated pipe work demanding creep rupture strength and ductility at temperatures upto 450C (approx.). The Mo content also enhances resistance to Hydrogen attack in chemical process plant operation.
